Helping women heal and grow after trauma…
This group is for women who have experienced trauma and are struggling under the weight of it.
Trauma is both things being done that shouldn’t be done (Abuse) and things that should have been done, but weren’t (Neglect).
If you’re struggling with either, Project H.E.A.L. is here to help support you and your healing.
The group is a safe place to unburden yourself, find support, and develop relationships with other women in similar situations. The group is led by a woman who gets you, because she’s been there, but has also received incredible hope and healing and wants you to experience that, too. You don’t have to be a Christian to attend the group, but the group focuses on biblical principles and building strong relationships with Jesus Christ and other people as critical parts of the healing journey. If you are not a Christian, you will NOT be bullied or beat up on. We deeply believe that every human being is worthy of honor and respect because we each bear the Image of God in us. We will always strive for you to be treated with honor and respect in all that we do.
The group is a ministry of The Center for Mighty Marriages & Families.
Project H.E.A.L. will begin on Thursday, 20 April and will meet by video on Thursdays from 7-8 PM. Meetings are only $25, and scholarships may be available for women in financial crisis.
There is a one-time $30 Resource Fee to cover the costs of materials. If you’d want to be a part of Project H.E.A.L., it starts with a call to (936)703-5029 or email [email protected] to set up a FREE 15-20 minute “Get to Know You” session to see if you and the group are a good fit.
